
| How to use: Simply present you Free Learn Kung Fu voucher at your chosen participating centre. Free Learn Kung Fu Terms and Conditions: 1. This voucher allows a child aged 5 to 12 inclusive at the time of redemption, to one, free, introductory, martial arts lesson at one of the UK BNMAA-accredited participating martial arts centres listed on www.mcdonaldsfreekungfu.co.uk (“Centres”). 2. The style(s) of martial art available for the free lesson, as well as lesson times and dates, depend on each Centre and are subject to availability; lessons should be booked using the contact details supplied on www.mcdonaldsfreekungfu.co.uk/search.php or (if available) in participating restaurants and all bookings must be made by the parent or legal guardian of the child who will attend the lesson. 3. McDonald’s reserves the right to remove or add to the list of Centres at any time without notice - please check when making your booking with your chosen Centre that vouchers are being accepted. 4. Each lesson will last from between 30 minutes to one hour and will comprise a warm up routine, technique instruction & guidance and warm down, all on a non-contact basis within a group of mixed ages. 5. Each voucher may only be used once during the period from 25th June – 31st August 2008 inc. and will be retained by the Centre. 6. Voucher-users are responsible for wearing non-marking trainers and other appropriate clothing for exercise without buttons, fasteners or metal buckles. 7. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 8. Photocopied, counterfeit, defaced or severely damaged vouchers will not be accepted. 9. Limit of one voucher may be redeemed per person. The separate terms and conditions of each Centre including those regarding entry, age, dress-code, hours and duration of sessions and use of Centre, will apply. 10. Voucher does not cover any incidental charges at Centres such as use of lockers, towels or otherwise where applicable. 11. The parent or legal guardian of the child who will attend the lesson is responsible for ensuring that any illness, injury or disability from which the child is or might be suffering is first disclosed to the instructor at the lesson before the child takes part; the instructor’s decision as to whether the child may take part in the lesson is final. 12. Neither McDonald’s, the BNMAA nor their respective agents, accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to property arising from any visit to a Centre.
